We're F5 Events & Services. We rent out event infrastructure and put it up, and that's the whole business.

For more than twenty years we've worked behind the scenes: loading trucks, putting up tents and stages, and solving whatever goes wrong at two in the morning on a site that has to open at nine. Bangalore mostly, Karnataka often, the rest of India when the job calls for it.

We don't run the events. The companies that rent from us do. We own what they run them on: 115,000 sqft of German tent, 2,736 CBM of Layher, 40,000 running feet of barricading, 5,000 chairs. It sits in our yard between jobs.
